We all believe in some kind of higher transcendental entity. For humanistic atheists transcendency lies within one self. As the individual must apply its moral soul into the best course of actions possible. Yet, not all souls shine from within to benefit the path of others. Some just believe they do. And when life fades on them they understand. They are just not meant for that privilege:
The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself. (Friedrich Nietzsche)
I thank you for believing. I bow before the time you have given my words. And know that in you all lies the greatness of humankind. It has been an honor.

(Friedrich Nietzsche)
Agradeço-vos a crença.
