Faz toda a lógica... mas continuo a não ter vontade de ler o livro ;))
Sinceramente... Literariamente, não perdes grande coisa. Mas a ideia subjacente é gira. Pelo menos para mim, que sou doida por teorias da conspiração... :-)
Como escrevi não sei aonde, apenas li "A Conspiração" e quando acabei de o ler, parecia que tinha acabado de "ver" um filme de acção B. Não há teoria da conspiração que aguente ;)
Convenhamos que alguns dos argumentos são forçados... Ele parte da premissa "até mesmo a usual ligação entre a mulher e a esquerda não escapou a difamação da igreja" - técnica sofística, quase. Diz algo como se fosse uma verdade universal e, dito assim, parece não haver espaço para discordar...
Mas que raio de relação entre a esquerda e a mulher é que ele se refere?!?!?

Verdade, esse enredo é muito mau e o da Fortaleza Digital também. O do Anjos e Demónios tem o mesmo apelo do do Código, a antiguidade. A possibilidade de re-escrever uma história que já banalizamos.

Diz ele (a personagem) que desde sempre o lado esquerdo foi associado ao feminino e o direito ao masculino. Sinceramente não me lembro onde está a primeira referência a esse simbolismo e, perdoa, mas já me cansei de encontrar citações interessantes, o livro está arrumado. :-)
É facto uma táctica basilar a de Brown. Vai acumulando pressupostos sobre pressupostos ao longo do Código, encadeando-os de uma forma a que se apresentem, lá está, como verdades insofismáveis.
O erro está em partir do princípio de que ele escreveu uma teoria conspiracionista contra a Igreja. O tipo escreveu um livro com piada. Ponto. Mais do que isso é exagero. Por muito que, em algumas coisas, eu até gostasse de acreditar. :-)
